Scott-Farrar at Peterborough, a non-profit charitable retirement community, has roots in downtown Peterborough that go back over 100 years. The community offers new retirement lifestyle choices that promote enriched living and learning as well as lifelong wellness.

Located in a spectacular natural setting with views of Mt. Monadnock, the community offers 63 apartments and suites. In three distinct neighborhoods, the 25 independent living apartments include spacious one and two bedroom designs with living and dining rooms, fully equipped kitchens and four-season sunrooms. The assisted living neighborhood features 20 apartments each with their own private bath and kitchenette. The assisted living memory care neighborhood features 18 private bedroom and bath suites and are designed for residents needing a safe, supportive environment.
