7:30 p.m. - Bidding begins

The Cathedral Room at the Shattuck Golf Club is filled with approximately 400 guests sipping champagne and dining on gourmet hors d'ouevres that have been prepared by the chefs at Shattuck and other local restaurants. The room is filled with excitement as the guests review the artwork one last time. Promptly at 7:30 p.m., our fabulous auctioneer, Charlie Cobb, encourages a night of laughter, excitement and spirited bidding.

$35 per person in advance
$50 per person at the door (if still available)

Poster

This year's poster titled Coming and Going is by artist William H. Lutz of Harwich Port, MA. It is an 8' x 6' oil-on-masonite portable wall mural. Mr. Lutz will personally install the mural for the winning bidder. This fabulous mural is currently on display at the Jaffrey Chamber office.
Posters of Coming and Going may be purchased at the Chamber office for $20.00, unframed.

Artwork

We have a wide variety of artwork including paintings, jewelry, photography, pottery, copper sculptures, hand blown glass and fiber all in a wide range of prices.

Artwork Delivery

A maximum of two (2) pieces may be dropped off at the Jaffrey Civic Center at 40 Main Street in Jaffrey. (603) 532-6527.
Drop off dates are:

Friday, January 4, 2008 - 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 5, 2008 - 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, January 6, 2008 - 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Each piece will be juried and may be placed in either the silent or live auction. If your piece has not been selected for either auction you will receive a call and your artwork will be available for pickup at the Jaffrey Chamber Office at 7 Main Street in Jaffrey.

Artists

Our artists represent all parts of the Monadnock Region and Southern NH as well as VT, MA and NM.

Proceeds

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Monadnock Arts Auction Scholarship.
